Almost GO TIME!

There's nothing more thrilling than preparing to visit a place you adore! Next week, I'll be traveling to Ghana to see our students and handle some administrative tasks there. The thought of spending time with our students and experiencing the African atmosphere once more always astonishes me and leaves me in awe of God's provision and mercy. Please pray for safe travels, that all luggage arrives without issue, and that there are no delays.
Over the past few weeks, the Lord has consistently supplied the items I needed or desired to offer to our students. I am currently in need of 2 additional phones that are just a few years old. If anyone in the Austin area is willing to donate, please reach out to me at admin@etwene.com, and I can arrange to pick it up this weekend.
On this trip, we will spend a significant amount of time refining and refocusing with the students, while also enjoying ourselves! We will celebrate two birthdays during my month-long stay and hopefully embark on a short overnight trip to visit some waterfalls. In recent months, we've emphasized the significance of sharing the gospel, so we will dedicate a day to applying this by going out for a purposeful day of evangelism. I'm sure the time will pass quickly, as it always does!
Administratively, we aim to hire a new staff member, complete the setup of bank accounts, and potentially begin exploring available properties. Please keep these details in your prayers, as things often don't go as planned in this area in Ghana!
Finally, I want to express my gratitude to all the new donors and partners who joined us over the past two months during our Spring into Action fundraising campaign. Although we didn't completely reach our goal, God is faithfully providing for our current needs, and the rest will come in His timing. We still require 2 half scholarships ($3000 each) and 1 full scholarship ($6000) for the upcoming year. If you can help meet these needs, you can easily donate by clicking the Donate button at the top of this page! By providing a scholarship, you have the joy of getting to know your student through quarterly updates and the opportunity to send personal emails. We would love to connect you with one of our students!
